The problem

Voicemail sends the job down the street

You run one truck. After 5 PM you are on a job, at dinner, or asleep. The call goes to voicemail, and a homeowner staring at a scorched outlet does not leave a message. They hang up and call the next electrician on the list.

A night like this

What happens when that call comes in

Example scenario

It is 9:15 PM. Half the house went dark and a breaker keeps tripping, so the homeowner calls your number. Instead of voicemail, Nora answers in your shop's name, asks what is going on, takes their name, number, and address, and books an open slot on your calendar under your rules. You get a summary text with the details and the booked time.

Questions

Before you call

When does Nora answer my calls?

On the after-hours schedule you set, such as nights, weekends, and holidays, and any time you turn on call forwarding. You keep your number.

Do I keep my business number?

Yes. Your number forwards to Nora when you are closed. We set up the forwarding with you and show you how to turn it off.

Will callers know Nora is AI?

Nora is an AI voice agent. She speaks naturally, asks one question at a time, and if a caller sincerely asks whether she is AI, she says so.

How fast can I go live?

Live within about a week. We set Nora up around your hours, your calendar, and how you want summaries sent.

Is there a limit on minutes?

Plans include fair-use call minutes for a typical small trade business. If your volume runs well above that, we will contact you before any change in price.

How do I cancel?

Cancel anytime by calling (816) 683-2229 or through our contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no further charges.

Is the setup fee refundable?

No. The $897 setup fee is non-refundable. Month-to-month service can be cancelled anytime. On the 12-month plan the setup fee is waived, and it is owed if you cancel before the 12 months end.

What about emergency transfer or Spanish?

Those are available on request, ask us. The standard plan is after-hours answering, calendar booking, and a summary text after every after-hours call.

How can I hear her before I pay?

Call (816) 683-2229. Nora answers, so the call is the demo.

Hear Nora on your own phone

Call now and pretend you are a customer. That is the whole demo.
